Window cleaning, anchor inspection and exterior services

Hightower Ltd delivers six services in-house across New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island: window cleaning for businesses and homes, drone glass cleaning, roof anchor inspection and recertification, pressure washing and softwash, high dusting, and eavestrough cleaning. One crew, one set of insurance. Two of them are most of our week. The rest fit around them.

Door one · the recurring one

Window cleaning

Interior and exterior, for commercial buildings and homes, on a schedule you set or a single visit.

Hightower has cleaned windows in New Brunswick since 1987, for retail and rental property, corporate offices, restaurants, institutional buildings and homes. Most of the work is repeat work, which is the only review of a window cleaner that counts.

Every pane of glass is washed, squeegeed, then polished with micro-fibre. Sills are wiped on the outside. Screens and ledges are washed on the inside. None of that is an add-on line on the invoice.

What the job includes

  • Full interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Screens, sills and ledges
  • Frame and track detailing
  • Commercial-grade, eco-friendly products
  • Micro-fibre polish to finish

Commercial window cleaning covers scheduling and contractor pre-qualification, and residential window cleaning covers homes. We clean in winter too, so the work runs year round.

Residential window cleaning

Interior and exterior, for homes across New Brunswick and PEI, on a schedule you set or a single visit.

The same crew, the same products and the same method we use on an office or a storefront, on a house. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.

What the job includes

  • Full interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Screens and ledges washed on the inside
  • Sills wiped on the outside
  • Frame and track detailing
  • Commercial-grade, eco-friendly products

Window cleaning · by drone

Drone glass cleaning

Glass cleaned by drone, for the buildings it suits.

Hightower is the first New Brunswick-owned business to offer drone glass cleaning. Tell us about the building and we will say whether a drone is the right way to clean its glass, or whether a lift or a rope crew suits it better.

Door two · the one with a deadline

Anchor inspection & recertification

Roof anchors and fall-arrest systems inspected, tested and certified, with a written report on every anchor.

If people tie off on your roof, the anchors have to be inspected and recertified annually. An anchor out of certification is treated as an anchor nobody can use, so window cleaners, roofers, sign installers and HVAC crews cannot work until it is done.

This one has its own page because the detail matters: what gets inspected and what you receive. If you want the obligation rather than the service, the New Brunswick roof anchor rules are set out separately in plain language.

Exterior

Pressure washing and softwash

Anything from a garage door to a complete building exterior, with softwash where pressure would do damage.

Surfaces collect what the weather leaves behind. We use commercial equipment and eco-friendly products, and we choose the pressure to suit the surface rather than the other way round.

Softwash is the low-pressure option for siding, roofing and anything painted, where a pressure washer would strip more than the dirt.

What the job includes

  • Parking lots and walkways
  • Driveways
  • Decks
  • Building exteriors and siding
  • Graffiti removal

Interior

High dusting

High-reach dusting for warehouses, arenas, commercial spaces and industrial facilities.

Dust, cobwebs and debris collect on rafters, beams and overhead piping where nobody can reach them from a stepladder. Left alone they end up in the air your people breathe, and on the floor of a facility that is trying to pass an inspection.

We already own the height access and the safety practice, which is why this is our job rather than a specialist visit.

Exterior

Eavestrough cleaning

Clearing and flushing, usually booked alongside a window or roof visit.

Blocked eavestroughs put water where a building does not want it. We clear them out and flush them through while we are already on site with the access equipment.
