Who we work for

Hightower Ltd works for the people responsible for buildings in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island: property managers, facility managers, health and safety leads, building owners and homeowners. The sectors below are where the work actually sits.

Six kinds of client

Different buildings, different reasons for calling, the same crew and the same insurance behind all of it.

What they have in common

Every service Hightower sells is delivered in-house. Pressure washing, softwash, graffiti removal, anchor inspection and high dusting are all done by our own crew, under our own insurance, to the standard our clients already expect from us. Sub-contracting would have been faster. It would also have meant putting our name on work we did not control.

That is why hospitals, emergency service locations and government buildings across New Brunswick have held contracts with us for years. Those are clients who cannot afford a supplier who is only sometimes good.

Hightower is fully licensed, bonded and insured, a registered member of WorkSafe NB, and the crew takes part in regular safety training. If you need our certificate of insurance or our safety documentation for contractor pre-qualification, ask and we will send it.

The longer version of the story

Where we work

Every service is available across New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. The bulk of the work sits around Moncton, Fredericton and Saint John, and we are based in Moncton.

If your building sits outside those cities it is still worth a call. Whether a job makes sense usually comes down to its size rather than the distance, and that is especially true of anchor recertification, where the visit is a fixed piece of work with a deadline attached to it.
